For all returns Seint reserves the right to verify information provided and require a valid proof of purchase.
Defective product(s)
If you believe a product you have purchased from us is defective or not as described, please get in touch with our ASK team using the contact form here.
When and how you can return non-defective product(s) to us
We want you to love your purchase but if you change your mind, you’re welcome to return product(s) to us.
We offer a 30-day return window from the day your order is delivered, allowing you to return unwanted items for a refund. This includes the 14-day change of mind cancellation period required under UK law, which we fully honour.
If your order is delivered in parts, the 30-day window begins the day after the final item arrives. To start your return, you can:
- Click the “Start Return” button at the end of this policy
- Or access your return through your order history in your account
Once you’ve let us know you'd like to return your product(s), you’ll need to send them back within 14 days of that notice.
Good news: Return shipping is on us. We now offer free returns on all eligible items.
Please make sure:
- Items are securely packaged
- Items must be in new or gently used condition
Returned products that do not meet these standards may not qualify for a refund. Before initiating a return, please review the full policy below to ensure your item(s) qualify.
Collections
If partially returning items from a collection, the prorated amount will be refunded. This means that the original discount will be distributed proportionally across all items in the order, and the refund for the returned item(s) will be calculated accordingly.
Sales and Clearance
Clearance, discounted or discontinued items are not eligible for returns.
Palette Credit
Palettes purchased with Palette Credit are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Loyalty Shop Items
Items purchased in the loyalty shop are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If a Loyalty Shop item arrives defective or damaged please contact our ASK team.
Partial Return Coupon Adjustments
If you return a portion of an order that included a coupon, the refunded amount will reflect the prorated value of the coupon based on the items returned. This means that the original discount will be distributed proportionally across all items in the order, and the refund for the returned item(s) will be calculated accordingly.
Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorised sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the benefit of this Return And Exchange Policy is not available for products purchased from unauthorised sellers, including unauthorised internet sites.
Seint reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Return requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where Seint concludes that the purchaser has abused or attempted to abuse the Return And Exchange Policy.

Artist Affiliates Only
You may return your Artist Kit within one year of purchase for a refund of 90% of the purchase price. Artist Kit must be returned in its entirety; all items must be unused and in resalable condition. You are advised to insure the package for £200, as Seint is not responsible for lost shipments. Original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. (Contact customer service to initiate Artist Kit return)
